Mr. Barge is co-founder and president of Winston Capital Corporation.  His responsibilities include all aspects of site selection, acquisition (including analysis), development and financing for the company.  Formerly with Henry S. Miller Commercial as Acquisitions Director for one of the largest area buyers of multi-family assets from the RTC, Mr. Barge’s extensive experience includes primarily multifamily, mixed use, and land acquisition and development.  He has developed or acquired over 8,000 units and 25,000 acres of land with a value over $500 million.  Mr. Barge is a member of the Dallas Real Estate Council and the Urban Land Institute.  He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
